      Description

      Innovative Fuel Pickup. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HydraMat (15X8 Cross) - Center Out - 3/8 is engineered to ensure consistent fuel delivery under demanding conditions. It effectively addresses fuel starvation issues during hard cornering, acceleration, stopping, inclines, and low fuel levels by maintaining continuous fuel contact at the pickup despite fuel sloshing within the tank. This essential component helps maintain engine performance and prevents stalling by reliably delivering fuel.

      Construction and Appearance. This HydraMat is made from a specialized media featuring tiny pores that use surface tension and fluid wicking to draw fuel from nearly any area within the tank. The mat is beige in color and built for both durability and flexibility, allowing it to be folded and compressed for installation through various fuel cell openings. Additionally, it serves as a 15-micron pre-filter, eliminating the need for an extra fuel filter prior to the pump.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically requires no drilling or modifications. The flexible design enables easy insertion through standard fuel cell openings and ensures secure positioning inside the tank.

      Warranty. This product includes a manufacturer's limited 90-day warranty.

      Application. Designed for universal use with fuel systems that require center outlet pick-up and a -3/8" NPT fitting. Compatible with Alcohol, Ethanol, Methanol, and E-85 fuels, as well as 2-cycle oil blends up to 20:1 ratio. Not suitable for diesel fuels or most oils.
