This shock absorber is suitable for drivers seeking an affordable upgrade with proven race-inspired technology.
Construction and Appearance. This shock features a 2.0-inch impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body with clear anodized plating for corrosion resistance and durability. Key components are constructed from black anodized CNC-machined billet aluminum, complemented by a hard chrome plated and heat-treated alloy steel shaft. The external reservoir adds oil capacity and contributes to a high-performance race aesthetic.
Installation. The installation process is straightforward with a bolt-on design that does not require any drilling. Compatible with stock mounting points, this shock can be fitted with moderate mechanical knowledge and basic tools.
Application. This shock is specifically tuned and fitted for the 2003 to 2012 model years of the 4WD RAM 3500. There are no known exclusions for this specific application.
