      Description

      Performance Muffler Design. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Dual Out Oval Muffler with a 2.50-inch inlet and 2.25-inch outlet improves exhaust scavenging for enhanced engine performance while reducing interior sound resonance. It is designed for street, strip, and off-road use, producing an aggressive exterior tone ideal for muscle cars and trucks.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for lasting durability. It features a high-temperature black paint finish that protects against heat and corrosion while delivering a sleek, aggressive look.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, requiring no drilling. This muffler uses new hangers which are not included, and some adaptation may be necessary due to its universal design.

      Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required for specific vehicle configurations.
