Description
Innovative Muffler Design. The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and outlet diameters offers enhanced sound control with a mild exterior tone, making it ideal for trucks, SUVs, motorhomes, and performance street vehicles. It optimizes engine horsepower, torque, and efficiency while maintaining minimal interior resonance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for durability, the muffler features an enlarged case incorporating patented Delta Flow® technology. It is finished in black high-temperature paint to withstand harsh exhaust conditions while preserving a clean, performance-oriented look.
Installation. This universal-fit muffler requires some adaptation and uses slip-fit dual inlet and outlet connections suitable for clamp-on or weld-on installation. New hangers are required but not included, and drilling is typically not needed.
Application. Designed as a universal fit, some adaptation and additional components such as adapters may be necessary for proper installation on OEM exhaust systems.
