Description

The Extang Blackmax Snap Tonneau Cover is the ideal tonneau cover for your RAM 1500 truck that provides effective, all-weather truck bed cargo protection in an easy-to-use assembly. This tonneau uses the traditional, yet completely functional snap buttons. These snap buttons are fiberglass-reinforced and hold fast when engaged, ensuring total cargo protection.
Soft Roll-Up Design. The Extang Blackmax Snap Tonneau Cover is a soft roll-up style tonneau that uses a classy-looking vinyl tarp. This cover secures using fiberglass-reinforced snaps buttons that can be adjusted in combination with its spring bows. This feature allows you to get a more low-profile look, or increase its aerodynamic properties. This bed cover’s mounting rails use a quick-release tail section that allows full access to the truck bed. This tonneau also allows you to modify the tarp’s tightness depending on how hot it is.
Resilient Construction. The Extang Blackmax Snap Tonneau Cover’s mounting rail and spring bows are constructed from high-grade aluminum for resiliency. Both the rails and spring bows are anodized in black, giving the tonneau a sleek look with the tarp rolled up. The tarp is manufactured from heavy-duty vinyl and comes with a synthetic black leather-grain style for a sophisticated look. This tarp rolls-up easily and is secured via built-in straps in the open position.
Simple No-Mod Install Procedure. Installing the Extang Blackmax Snap Tonneau Cover is a simple procedure. This tonneau installs on your RAM’s bed rails, utilizing an easy-to-use double clamping system. No modifications to your truck are necessary, and standard hand tools are all you need for installation.
