Description
High-Performance Reverse Lighting. The Diode Dynamics Stage Series C1 Sport LED Reverse Light Kit enhances visibility for the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 by adding powerful reverse lighting, integrated red accent lighting, and an optional high-power 4th brake light with strobing feature when using the C1R option. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the vehicle’s trailer hitch wiring, this kit activates automatically when the vehicle is put into reverse, significantly improving nighttime backing safety and overall rear illumination.
Construction and Appearance. The reverse light pods feature durable polycarbonate lenses and robust aluminum cast housings with a rubber gasket ensuring waterproofing up to IP69K standards. The lenses employ patented Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics to maximize brightness and minimize glare. High-quality Osram and Lumileds LED emitters provide bright, focused illumination with a clean 6000K white output for a modern automotive look. The flood beam pattern delivers uniform illumination across a wide angle.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires only basic hand tools with no cutting or drilling, utilizing a plug-and-play wiring harness that connects directly to the trailer hitch wiring. Installation time is approximately 1-2 hours. For TRX and Rebel trim levels, mounting brackets must be flipped during installation to avoid exhaust interference.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime limited warranty covering defects to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Application. Specifically designed for 2019 through 2024 Ram 1500 models. Not compatible with trucks equipped with a tailgate step in the mounting location, and an alternative mounting solution is required for those configurations.
