    Description

    Armor Your Truck. While this Form-A-Shield doesn't change the look of your truck, it still adds another layer of protection to some of your most important systems. This heat shielding material helps trap heat in exhaust systems when molded around pipes or reflects heat away from heat sensitive areas like your transmission. It's thin and installs directly on the hot surface so you don't need to worry about changes in clearance with this installation.

    Ready for the Road. The Form-A-Shield heat insulation material is durable and strong enough to withstand the heat coming off your RAM exhaust and engine. The 10 mil aluminum construction adds stability and the basalt woven fabric is a great insulator, creating a two-part shield where ever you need it.

    Easy, Stick-On Installation. Leave the toolbox at home when installing this Form-A-Shield. This product comes in sheets with adhesive backing for easy installation. You simply peel off the backing and stick it into place. Trim the sheet in advance and it will install directly onto a hot surface. Materials are flexible enough to allow you to mold the shape to accommodate nearly any installation. Use locking stainless steel ties for an even more secure fit and to prevent sagging.

    Application. This Form-A-Shield is designed to install easily on all 2002-2024 RAM 1500 models.
