Description
Tuned Length Design. BBK Shorty "Tuned Length" Headers out perform both stock manifolds and other brands regular shorty headers for a proven way to add 10-15 more horsepower to the rear wheels of your 5.7L HEMI RAM 1500. BBK Tuned Length Headers have a unique extended tubular design that allows for unrestricted exhaust flow for an increase in horsepower, torque and performance. Perfect for the street, track or trail.
Silver Ceramic Coating. These Tuned Length Headers are completed in BBK's Polished Silver Ceramic Coating that not only looks great, but reduce under hood temperatures to help increase horsepower and extend the life of the headers. Ceramic Coated headers will long out last both chrome plated and polished headers.
Quality BBK Construction. BBK Shorty Tuned Length Headers are manufactured from 1-3/4 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow. These Headers feature one piece laser cut 3/8 inch header flanges for additional strength, leak-free performance and a OEM fit. The headers are then finished with BBK's high-temp Silver Polished Ceramic Coating for good looks and to lower under hood temperatures.
Premium Header Gaskets. While including both Standard and Premium Gaskets, the BBK Premium steel-reinforced graphite header gaskets are designed to produce a quality, long lasting, secure seal. Reduce your risk of a blown header gasket and stop leaks before they happen by installing BBK's Premium Gaskets.
Bolt-on Installation. These BBK 1-3/4 Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers are designed as a direct bolt on. For use with factory or any aftermarket mid pipes. This kit includes new gaskets and hardware.
Not CARB Certified. These BBK Shorty Headers are not CARB certified, therefore they are not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; not intended for highway use.
