This Competitor Series Direct Replacement Muffler is equipped with a directional, straight-through muffler design that enhances the exhaust flow for improved torque and exceptional power gains. In addition, this impressive improvement in horsepower and torque gives significant advantage to the powerful RAM’s engine both on and off the road.
Superior Construction. Carven constructed its Competitor Series Direct Replacement Muffler using high-grade T-304 stainless steel with long-lasting durability. This material is also highly corrosion-resistant, can withstand the chemical attacks from the exhaust gases, and survives other road dirt and debris. Moreover, the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process fortifies the stainless steel assembly. Furthermore, the tough exterior is enhanced with a pair of 5-inch, dual wall, ceramic black exhaust tips for aggressive styling.
Cut & Clamp Installation. The installation of this Competitor Series Replacement Muffler requires cutting and removing the factory muffler assembly and clamping the new assembly in its place. Clamps and instructions are provided.
