Description
Upgraded Strength and Function. The B&M Hi-Tek Aluminum Differential Cover; 9.25-Inch is the differential cover you want if you’re looking for a replacement for your RAM 1500 factory counterpart with loads of extra features. Specifically, this differential cover is designed to increase axle oil capacity by 0.50 quarts, improving performance. Likewise, its finned design and all-aluminum construction help dissipate heat faster while also improving stiffness. This cover also includes a pair of load bolts designed to support your Chrysler 9.25 differential’s bearing caps, preventing deflection under heavy loads. Finally, this component comes with a filler plug with a 1/2 NPT design and a magnetic drain plug, making servicing your axle more convenient.
Solid Build Quality. This differential cover is cast from A356.0-T6 aluminum alloy, making it strong and lightweight as well as corrosion resistant. The diff cover is then precision machined to exact specifications for an OE fit when installed. Finally, this cover assembly features a natural finish.
Easy Install Procedure. This differential cover is designed to install into your RAM using its factory cover location. No modifications to your truck are needed. You will however need a drain pan as you will have to drain out your factory differential. You will also need to have a tube of silicone sealant as this component does not come with its gasket.
Comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This B&M Hi-Tek series differential cover comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit the Holley website for further details.
