Description
High-Performance Shock Absorber. If you want to improve your handling and eliminate body roll, the RAM 1500 Shock Absorber can help. This shock absorber has a twin-tube internal design, so it’s a great fit for off-road driving and vehicles with upsized tires and wheels. Due to its a lowered drop range of 1-Inch and progressive rebound tuning, this shock absorber will give you a smooth, even ride.
Reliable Materials. The RAM 1500 Shock Absorber is made from highly-durable steel and protected by a gunpowder-gray powder coat finish. Other shock features include metal dust boots, hardened chrome piston rods, Teflon guide bushing, low-friction Teflon seals, and rubber bushings. All of these components are built to last. Thanks to its oversized construction, you can count on extra damping control as well.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. Installing the RAM 1500 Shock Absorber is a direct-fit replacement. If you want, you can pair this front shock absorber with a removable dust cover or pin bushings. You won’t have to modify your vehicle or drill anything to install these shock absorbers.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. The RAM 1500 Shock Absorber is covered by a limited lifetime warranty from Belltech. For more information about this warranty, visit the Belltech website for detailed information.
Application. The RAM 1500 Shock Absorber is made for 2002-2011 Dodge RAM 1500 and 2012-2018 RAM 1500 models. However, Mega Cab vehicles aren’t compatible with this shock absorber.
Installation Complexity. You will need about 1 hour to install the RAM 1500 Shock Absorber. Average mechanical skills are required for this project, as well as basic hand tools.
