Description
Compact Fuel System Solution. The Beans Diesel Performance Micro Sump is engineered to improve fuel delivery reliability in tight spaces by drawing fuel directly from the bottom of the tank. It is ideal for upgrading aftermarket fuel systems or replacing problematic stock sump assemblies, ensuring maximum fuel use and preventing fuel starvation.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from precision-machined 6061 billet aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance, the Micro Sump boasts an anodized finish that provides a sleek, functional look. Its robust design incorporates a Viton O-ring seal for leak-free operation under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation is simple and fast, requiring only a single 1.5-inch hole drilled into a suitable flat area of the tank and secured with one bolt. This design eliminates the need to drop the fuel tank, significantly reducing installation complexity and time.
Application. The Micro Sump fits universally on any plastic or metal fuel tank with at least a 3-inch flat installation area. Some adaptation may be necessary depending on the tank’s shape and material.
