Description
Advanced Fuel Delivery. The BD Power Venom Fuel Lift Pump with Filter and Separator is a high-performance upgrade designed to provide consistent and reliable fuel pressure and flow. It supports engine setups from stock configurations up to high horsepower builds, ensuring optimal fuel delivery in various demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from hard coat billet aluminum with a military-grade finish, this pump features a 1-1/8 inch diaphragm-based fuel pressure regulator and includes an updated rigid aluminum mounting bracket with quiet vibration isolators. Its ultra-compact design offers flexible installation options without compromising durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no cutting, thanks to the included quick connect fittings. The supplied mounting bracket eliminates the need for motor strap mounting, simplifying the process. The installation difficulty is moderate and typically takes approximately two hours and fifteen minutes.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 24-month or 48,000-mile parts warranty, with a limited lifetime warranty available upon registration. The warranty covers workmanship but excludes consumable filter elements.
Application. Specifically engineered for the 2007 to 2010 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD, this fuel lift pump is not for use on licensed California vehicles.
