Heavy Duty Transmission Package. The BD Power Transmission & Converter package is engineered to enhance the durability and performance of your drivetrain. This matched set is dyno tested together to ensure reliability and is especially designed for towing or street use, delivering ultimate strength and efficiency.

Featuring a BD Aluminum heavy-duty deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, the assembly includes high energy GPZ(TM) frictions and revised oil circuits for optimized operation. The torque converter has a stamp-forged steel front cover with furnace-brazed fins, adding robustness and improved cooling efficiency. The new converter lock-up valve boosts lock-up pressures, while new A & B trim valves deliver full line pressure to the clutches. Clutch counts are increased across the board for enhanced durability and performance.
