Description
Performance Upgrade. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit; Passenger Side enhances the exhaust flow from the engine to the turbocharger, improving overall efficiency and durability. This kit is designed for replacing the stock manifold and reducing issues related to flow restriction and cracking.
Construction and Appearance. The manifold is crafted from high-silicon ductile cast iron with walls 65% thicker than OEM for superior resistance to warping and cracking. It features high temperature paint for long-term corrosion protection.
Installation. Installation takes approximately five hours and requires no drilling, as the kit includes all necessary fasteners and gaskets for a drop-in replacement.
Warranty. The part carries a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2001-2016 6.6L Duramax engines in Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD models, excluding use on licensed California vehicles.
