Enhanced Performance Transmission. The BD Power Transmission is engineered to significantly increase drivetrain durability under demanding conditions. It is designed to handle boosted power outputs, providing reliable operation where stock units may fall short. This transmission features stronger clutches and improved hydraulic circuits, making it ideal for heavy-duty work or towing.

Constructed with a high-strength aluminum HD deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, this transmission incorporates high energy friction materials and revised oil circuits for improved performance. It includes upgraded valves and clutch packs, resulting in a robust design built to withstand high-stress environments.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires approximately 9 hours. No drilling is necessary, but the transmission must be installed with the BD-specific torque converter to maintain warranty coverage.
_x000D__x000D_Warranty. The transmission comes with a 36-month or 150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month or 24,000-mile labor warranty, providing long-term reliability and support.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Designed to fit 2007 to 2010 4WD 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD models. Use of a BD torque converter is required; installing a third-party or OEM converter will void the warranty.
