      Description

      Engineered for Optimal Cooling. This electric fan kit delivers powerful airflow to maintain ideal engine temperatures under towing or extreme conditions. The reversible 16-inch blade maximizes airflow efficiency, helping to prevent overheating during idle or low-speed operation. By engaging automatically via the included temperature switch or manually with the wired in-cab switch, it keeps your cooling system responsive whether you're in stop-and-go traffic or crawling over rocks.

      Built Tough for Demanding Use. Featuring a sealed motor rated for continuous duty and protected against moisture and debris, this kit stands up to harsh under-hood environments. The powder-coated steel brackets and corrosion-resistant hardware ensure secure mounting and long service life, while the plug-and-play relay harness simplifies electrical connections.

      Installation. Position the adjustable shroud around the radiator core, secure the fan with the supplied brackets and hardware, mount the relay near the battery, connect the temperature sensor to the radiator fins, run the switch wiring into the cabin if desired, and plug the fan motor connector into the harness.

      Application. The BD Power Universal Electric Cooling Fan Kit fits universal radiator setups; some trimming or bracket modification may be required for specific vehicles.
