Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron, the manifold features uniform wall thickness to resist warping and cracking. It uses machined bolt mating surfaces and includes longer bolts with spacers to reduce fastener stress. The heat shield has an independent mounting location to further enhance durability.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and is estimated to take approximately 2 hours and 24 minutes. No drilling is required, as this is a direct replacement designed to fit the applicable RAM models with the classic DS body style.

Warranty. This product includes a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty to ensure customer confidence and product reliability.

Application. This manifold fits the 2009 to 2018 5.7L RAM 1500 models with the classic DS body style only and is not compatible with DT models.
