      Description

      High-Performance Exhaust System. The Banks Power 6.6L LML 5in Monster Exhaust is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and reduce backpressure, allowing the 6.6L Duramax engine to produce more horsepower and improved performance. Designed for diesel trucks, it reduces exhaust temperatures during regeneration, helping to prevent damage to towed equipment and increasing reliability.

      Construction and Appearance. This exhaust system is made from 409 stainless steel with a constant 5-inch diameter mandrel-bent tubing for optimal flow. It features a patented SideKick tip available in polished chrome-plated stainless steel or high-temp Cerakote matte black finish, both engineered to resist heat-induced discoloration for lasting appearance and durability.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires no drilling, fitting directly to the vehicle’s diesel particulate filter (DPF)-back configuration. For 2016 3500HD models, a professional installation of an additional NOX sensor bung is necessary to complete proper installation.

      Warranty. This product includes a 1-year limited warranty to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2011 through 2015 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD trucks, excluding 2016 3500 models which require a separate NOX sensor bung for proper functionality.
