The Banks Power 5-Inch Monster DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Black SideKick Tip and side exit is engineered for heavy-duty 6.6L Duramax trucks to enhance exhaust flow. It reduces exhaust backpressure and exit temperature, improving engine performance and protection during DPF regeneration cycles. Ideal for those seeking enhanced horsepower and reliability while towing or under heavy load conditions.
_x000D__x000D_CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Made from durable 409 stainless steel with a constant 5-inch diameter and mandrel bends, this exhaust system maximizes flow efficiency. It features a patented large 6.5" x 7.5" ob-round slash-cut SideKick tip, finished in high-temperature Cerakote matte black or polished chrome, offering excellent resistance to heat discoloration and corrosion.
_x000D__x000D_INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, requiring approximately 1.5 hours with no drilling necessary. The system fits most crew and double cab configurations with short or long beds, making it suitable for do-it-yourself installation using basic tools.
_x000D__x000D_WARRANTY. This product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
_x000D__x000D_APPLICATION. Compatible with 2020 to 2026 6.6L Sierra 3500 HD Single Rear Wheel models. It is not compatible with dually DRW trucks or late 2023 and 2024 model year vehicles due to emission system updates that may cause check engine lights if installed.
