      Description

      High-Durability Upper Ball Joint. The Apex Chassis HD Upper Ball Joint provides a robust and reliable connection between the upper control arm and the steering knuckle, ensuring proper suspension articulation and steering control necessary for safe and responsive vehicle handling. It is engineered for heavy-duty use where strength and durability are essential.

      Construction and Appearance. This ball joint features a solid forged SAE 1045 carbon alloy steel housing that is CNC machined for precise fitment. The ball stud is made from SAE 4140 chromoly, hot forged and induction heat treated to optimize strength and hardness. The assembly includes durable CR rubber boots with integral internal seals to prevent contaminants from entering. A corrosion-resistant e-coating finish enhances longevity.

      Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills and does not involve drilling or modification of the vehicle. The pre-threaded, greaseable housing with included zerk fittings simplifies maintenance and serviceability during regular intervals.

      Warranty. This product is supported by a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects and premature wear when installed on the original vehicle, subject to registration and terms and conditions.

      Application. Designed as a direct replacement for 2006-2008 Ram 1500 4WD 8 Lug, 2003-2026 Ram 2500 4WD, and 2003-2026 Ram 3500 4WD models, providing OEM-style fit and function for heavy-duty performance.
