Designed using hot-forged chromoly steel and precision CNC machining, this component ensures tight tolerances, superior durability, and a smooth operating performance that excels in both daily driving and heavy-duty off-road use.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from SAE 1045 solid steel and SAE 4140 chromoly for the ball stud, this ball joint features a military-grade acetal bearing and a CR rubber boot, both chosen for their stability and resistance to wear and contaminants. An E-coated finish ensures lasting protection against corrosion, while custom features like a side angle Zerk housing provide user-friendly serviceability.

      Installation. This ball joint is designed for hassle-free installation with pre-threaded Zerk fittings, pre-greased internals, and included Grade 8 hardware. The installer-friendly design features rolled threads and step threads for easier torque application and secure fitment.
