The Anderson Composites Type-OE Hood; Carbon Fiber is designed to replace the factory hood on select vehicles, shedding weight for improved performance and enhanced aesthetics. It provides a durable, lightweight alternative that maintains OEM styling while enhancing overall vehicle efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. This hood is crafted using a vacuum infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, bonded to a fiberglass skeleton for added strength and rigidity. The surface is finished with a marine-grade gel coat featuring UV inhibitors, delivering a polished, high-luster gloss finish that protects against environmental damage.

      Installation. Installation requires minor adjustments for optimal fitment. No drilling is typically needed, but professional installation is recommended to ensure proper handling and alignment, preventing damage during mounting and use.
