      Superior Step Performance. Amp Research's PowerStep features a unique design that automates side steps to give your truck clean lines without sacrificing a much needed function. Specifically designed for your RAM 3500, these running boards deploy automatically when your doors open, providing a reliable step exactly when you need it. These maintenance free steps are pressure sensitive and can even be manually deployed while closing the doors for access to loading your truck's roof. Paired with a high load capacity, this function makes these steps perfect for those who carry cargo above the cab as well as the daily driver seeking a more convenient step. Each step features a 600-pound load capacity, ensuring superior strength and durability for the many adventures ahead.

      Premium Construction. Each PowerStep is proudly designed and made in the USA. They features OE quality motors and high strength die case aluminum alloy components completed in a military spec finish to ensure superior corrosion resistance. The steps are crafted from extruded aluminum and finished in a tough black textured powder coat for an extra secure footing and long lasting durability. They're weather proof and designed to take on any climate for reliable performance.

      Plug-n-Play. This PowerStep Kit includes easy to use plug and play wiring harnesses to make setup and installation simple. No time consuming splicing is required, simply install, plug in and enjoy your new auto-deploying side steps.

      Light Weight Design.       Unlike heavy steel tubes, these side steps feature a lightweight and aerodynamic design, making them perfect for daily drivers and work rigs. Thanks to the lightweight aluminum, these steps weigh 10-20% less than most OE and aftermarket running boards to help you maximize your RAM's fuel economy.

      Installation. These Automatic Running Boards feature a secure frame mounted installation. The necessary hardware and components are included but additional wiring is required. We recommend seeking a professional installation with a certified mechanic in effort to keep your warranty in tact.
