The frequency response of the Alpine S-Series 6-Inch x 9-Inch 85-Watt Coaxial 2-Way Speakers ranges from 65-Hz to 22-kHz, for exceptional sound rendering, regardless of your preferred genre of music. Additionally, these speakers have an RMS output of 85 Watts, and a peak power output of 170 Watts, enabling you to play your music loud with virtually no distortion.
Advanced Design. The Alpine S-Series 6-Inch x 9-Inch 85-Watt Coaxial 2-Way Speakers utilize a silk dome tweeter style for super clear highs that still retain its warmth. Woofer cones are constructed from CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) a material that’s rigid yet lightweight, for consistent sound reproduction. These speakers also use innovative HAMR (High Amplitude Multi-Roll) technology, ensuring extremely clean and punchy bass. Finally, larger, 35-mm voice coils drive your speakers with more power.
Simple Installation. Installing the Alpine S-Series 6-Inch x 9-Inch 85-Watt Coaxial 2-Way Speakers may require some cutting to your RAM’s paneling for proper fitment. Besides this step, installation is a relatively simple procedure. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for convenience. Please note that these speakers will reuse your factory grilles, but purpose-built grilles can be purchased separately.
