Description
INTERCOOLER PERFORMANCE. The AFE BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler enhances cooling efficiency and airflow, improving engine performance in turbocharged diesel trucks. It is designed to reduce intake air temperatures for better combustion and power output, making it an essential upgrade for high-boost applications.
_x000D__x000D_CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This intercooler features a 3.15" bar and plate core that is 15% larger than competitors and is built with 3/16" TIG welded aluminum plate end tanks. The tanks have three multi-directional vanes to optimize airflow through the entire core. The finish presents a durable and professional appearance suited for demanding environments.
_x000D__x000D_INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling. The intercooler is designed to fit directly with stock and OE replacement radiators, offering a direct replacement for a smooth upgrade process.
_x000D__x000D_APPLICATION. Designed specifically to fit 07-10 6.6L Duramax Sierra 3500 HD and compatible only with stock and OE replacement radiators; it will not fit oversized radiators, including aFe radiator PN: 46-52041.
