      Description

      High-Performance Upgrade. The AFE 90mm Billet Throttle Body replaces the stock 80mm throttle body to enhance engine airflow, resulting in increased horsepower and improved throttle response. It is engineered for seamless integration and delivers noticeable performance gains, particularly when combined with additional engine modifications.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the adapter is CNC machined for a lightweight yet durable design. The surface finish provides a precision fit and a clean look, featuring a serrated/swirl pattern that promotes air intake turbulence for improved fuel atomization and combustion efficiency.

      Installation. This throttle body is designed for direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting points, requiring no drilling or permanent modifications. The kit includes all necessary hardware and components for a straightforward upgrade.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2005-2012 Dodge RAM 1500 with the 5.7L HEMI engine.
