Reliable Performance. The AFE 3-inch Large Bore HD DPF-Back Dual Exhaust System with 5-inch Black Tips is a great upgrade if you want improved and stable performance. This features 100% hand MIG-welded and mandrel-bent steel tubing for maximum exhaust flow. This design allows for low turbulence and an increase in performance output while keeping EGTs aa t minimum. It can increase exhaust flow by up to 29% and lower EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) by up to 100°. A mitered merge collector is also included to eliminate dead space that can hinder air flow
Excellent Design and Styling. The design and aggressive styling of this exhaust system is evident on its dual 5-inch clamp-on black tips and laser-cut power plate. Beyond the visible tips, the system features a design that ensures it remains stable even during high-heat and high-vibration conditions. The OE-style bayonet hangers, heavy-duty band clamps, and bayonet tips are all designed to keep the exhaust system secure and have long-lasting fit.
Durable and Quality Construction. This exhaust system is constructed from high-grade materials and designed to offer long-lasting service. The 3-inch tubing is made from T409 stainless steel while the 5-inch tips are made from T304 stainless steel. Though slightly different in content, both stainless steel material offers durability and heavy-duty capacity. This system also offers tight and leak-free seal through its slotted and swedged exhaust ends.
Straightforward Installation. Using factory mounting locations, getting this exhaust system mounted to your RAM 1500 is quick and hassle-free. This comes with clamps, hangers and detailed instructions to guide you through the installation. The installation process is straightforward and does not require any modifications.
2-Year Limited Warranty. This Dual Exhaust System is guaranteed free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. AFE offers limited warranty coverage that starts from the date of purchase and will only be extended to the original purchaser.
