Description
Enhanced Performance. Getting improved and stable performance for your RAM 1500 is easy with this AFE 3-inch Large Bore HD DPF-Back Dual Exhaust System with 5-inch Black Tips. This exhaust system, as with all AFE products, features 100% hand MIG-welded stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth mandrel-bent design allows for low turbulence and an increase in performance output while keeping EGTs at a minimum. A mitered merge collector is also included to eliminate dead space that can hinder flow. As a result, this exhaust system is able to give up to +5HP and +10 lbs. of torque improvements over stock systems.
Sensible Design and Styling. This exhaust system is designed to ensure that it remains stable even during high-vibration and high-heat driving situations. This is made possible by the OE-style bayonet hangers and heavy-duty band clamps included in the system. The bayonet tips hold the hanger bushing for a perfect and long-lasting fit. The dual 5-inch clamp-on black tips and laser-cut power plate completes the aggressive styling of the exhaust.
Top-Notch Quality. This dual exhaust system is made up of components that are constructed using heavy-duty materials. The 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing is manufactured from 409 stainless steel while the 5-inch black tips are made from 304 stainless steel. Both materials are known for durability and long-lasting quality. The exhaust ends are all slotted and swedged to ensure a tight and leak-free seal. All hangers are thoroughly welded to the side for strong and stable attachments.
