Improved Exhaust Flow and Performance. The AFE 2.5-inch Large Bore HD DPF-Back Dual Exhaust System with Black Tips is made to deliver great and stable performance for your RAM 1500. It features 100% hand MIG-welded components and stainless steel tubing designed for maximum flow. The smooth transition in the bends allows for low turbulence which increases horsepower and torque while lowering EGT. This DPF-Back exhaust system gives up to +7HP and +13 lbs. of torque improvements over stock systems.
Perfect Fit and Styling. This Dual Exhaust System includes OEM-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps for stability. These hangers ensure that your exhaust has a stable pipe location during high-vibration and high-heat conditions. Each bayonet tip is designed to hold the hanger bushing for an OE-style and long-lasting fit. The dual 4.5-inch clamp-on tips with a matte-black finish and laser-cut power plate complete this exhaust system for an aggressive styling.
High-Quality Components. From the band clamps to the main tubing, this DPF-Back Dual Exhaust System is constructed from heavy-duty materials. The 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing is forged from 409 stainless steel which is known for its durability and long-lasting quality. Meanwhile, the matte-black tips are made from 304 stainless steel and include laser-cut power plate. Slotted and swedged ends are used to ensure tight and leak-free seal. The hangers are thoroughly welded to ensure strong and stable attachments.
Straightforward Installation. This exhaust system uses all factory mounting locations which make installation hassle-free and straightforward. Each component in this system is designed with OE-style fit so there’s no need for any modifications during the installation process. It comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware as well as an installation manual.
2-Year Limited Warranty. AFE offers a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty for all their exhaust systems, including this Large Bore HD DPF-Back exhaust. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Damage due to improper installation, abuse, unauthorized repair or alteration is not warranted.
