The XRS series winch is the ideal combination of speed, innovation and performance for the user. It offers new fashion design and incorporating many top-notch leading features not found in other high performance winches. With all the features that this winch has to offer, you'll have the confidence and peace of mind when dealing with any difficult recovery situations out there.
HIGH QUALITY AEROSPACE ALUMINUM FAIRLEAD: This fairlead, made of high-grade aircraft aluminum, provides optimal performance for all your recovery requirements. Winch hook is placed in the fairlead, assembled as a whole. Effectively control the traction angle, make the force more uniform, and protect the winch rope to achieve rapid escape. It boasts a working load limit of 20,000 pounds. The new design makes it easier for the gearbox's heat to be dissipated, ensuring that the winch can operate for a longer period.
6.6 HP SERIES WOUND MOTOR: New design 13500 XRS series winch with 6.6 horsepower 12V DC motor which enhanced the power output. Series-wound motor provides maximum torque and class-leading pulling power, with lower amp draw.
3-STAGE PLANETARY GEAR SYSTEM: With the latest and effective 3-stage planetary gear system, free spooling clutch, and ability to provide strong traction under load and higher linear speed, it will become an indispensable partner in your journey.
AUTOMATIC DOUBLE-DISK BRAKE: Brake placement in gear housing helps keep drum cool during pulls, avoiding excessive heat and synthetic rope damage. Each brake system holds full rated load.
DURABLE: The black frosted spray paint with new material will not rust. And it improves the model's thermal insulation and model's durability. The all-steel shell can protect the winch well.
STRONG AND LIGHTWEIGHT: The synthetic rope is lightweight but strong, and it is suited for all types of harsh environments due to its high resistance to bending, abrasion, and weather.
IP67 WATERPROOF: It has a new generation of wireless remote control, with an IP67 waterproof rating, that can operate accurately from a distance regardless of geography or weather. The wired and wireless control (up to 35m) are both included in this multipurpose controller. Provides 100 feet remote range control during the wireless. When the green light is on, it is the wireless remote control state. When the red light is on, it is the wired remote control state.
INSTALLATION TIPS: Before using the winch, please carefully read the instructions (Installation instructions are on the page details). A mounting bracket that is not included with this product must be set up in order to install the winch and fairlead. Use the snatch block to make your work easier.
