Description
The X-BULL XPV Series Winches is one of our new X-BULL high-efficiency winches for all off-road and life-loving customers in 2021. Over the past few years, we document the item issues, needs and recommendations that our customers focus on, and have overcome and implemented it one by one.
Notably, the X-BULL XPV Series Winches consolidate the gearbox and updated the clutch and motor. The wireless remote is combined with the hand switch to make it easier for our customers to use. The clutch is specially designed to be ergonomic and suitable for installation from different angles. Make our customers more comfortable with their use.
5.6 HP SERIES WOUND MOTOR: The XPV 10000 lb. winch powered by a 5.6hp output series wound DC 12V pure copper motor. The new solenoid successfully implements the principles of heat insulation, toughness, high stability, avoid the problem of capstan damage or motor burning caused by insufficient solenoid power. The connection between the clutch and the gear is strengthened by the new clutch system, making it more difficult to damage the clutch.
SAFETY: For positive load control, there is a Power in & Power out motor. The powerful current can not only support the motor's operation smoothly and work within its rated current without any current impact, but also ensure the electric winch safety and your safety at all times. A 3 stage, 5.6 HP series wound motor comes with a 218:1 planetary gear ratio.
3-STAGE PLANETARY GEAR SYSTEM: With its modern and effective 3 planetary gear system, free spooling clutch and ability to deliver strong traction under load and higher linear speed, this electric winch will prove to be an invaluable travel companion.
IP67 WATERPROOF: Our XPV winch has a new generation of wireless remote control, with an IP67 waterproof grade, that can operate accurately from a distance regardless of terrain or weather. This versatile controller incorporates wired and wireless control (up to 35m). When the green light is on, it is the wireless state. When the red light is on, it is the wired state.
