Description
Heavy-Duty Frame Repair. The Rust Buster Front Frame Section; Driver Side is designed to reinforce and restore rust-compromised areas on the front frame of heavy-duty trucks. This repair kit extends the life and preserves the structural integrity of your truck’s frame by capping the front of the cab's bottom area where rust is common. It provides a durable solution to maintain safety and vehicle strength during demanding use.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from robust 7 gauge steel to meet OE specifications, this frame section is precisely shaped using CAD and scanner technologies to ensure an exact fit. It comes coated with an oil protective layer to prevent oxidation during shipping, and includes OEM-aligned holes and perforations to accommodate existing transmission crossmembers and cab mounts.
Installation. Installation requires welding and may include selective cutting around perforations depending on your vehicle’s configuration. This repair kit is engineered for straightforward installation while maintaining OE compatibility and fitment accuracy.
