      Description

      High-Capacity Cooling and Protection. The PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is engineered for maximum fluid capacity and cooling efficiency in your Tahoe's 10L80 transmission. Offering an additional four quarts of fluid capacity, this pan enhances thermal regulation and reduces the risk of overheating under heavy loads or towing conditions. Its precision casting and built-in baffles also help stabilize fluid movement, improving transmission longevity and performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum alloy, this transmission pan is designed using permanent steel molds for consistent wall thickness and strength. External fins stand ¾-inch tall to maximize cooling and protect against impacts, while the internal ¾-inch baffles reduce fluid slosh. Integrated gussets and a cross-bracing structure further reinforce the pan's rigidity. A 304 stainless steel magnetic drain plug with Viton O-ring and an â…›-inch NPT port with pre-installed plug add to its serviceability.

      Installation. Installation is easy and requires no special tools. The pan is fully compatible with the OEM gasket and filter, making it a direct bolt-on upgrade for improved performance and durability.

      Application. This PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan fits 2021 to 2026 Tahoe with 10L80 transmission, excluding Duramax models.
