Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty mild steel, these nerf bars have a tightly-fitted main bar available in 3" diameter with .084 wall thickness or 2" diameter with .095 wall thickness. They receive a durable 3-stage powder coat finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance and a sleek gloss black appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a simple bolt-on design that requires no drilling or modifications in most cases. The integrated drop steps are welded for a solid fit and typically install in under an hour using standard hand tools.
Warranty. These nerf bars come with a limited lifetime warranty covering structural defects and a five-year warranty on the finish.
