      Description

      Oil Pressure Sender. The Marshall Instruments Oil Pressure Sender (33-240 ohm / 0-100 PSI) converts oil pressure fluctuations into an electrical resistance signal compatible with SCX full sweep oil pressure gauges. It accurately measures pressure within the 0 to 100 PSI range, providing reliable feedback for automotive monitoring systems to help ensure optimal engine performance and safety.

      Construction and Appearance. This sender is constructed from durable materials suited for automotive environments, featuring a compact body stamped to display pressure and resistance values. It includes a 1/8" NPT threaded connection for secure mounting and clearly labeled electrical terminals for proper wiring. The finish resists oil and heat exposure commonly encountered in engine compartments.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring connection of the sender’s terminals to the gauge and ground. Its standard 1/8" NPT thread allows easy fitting into existing oil pressure ports or adapters.

      Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
