BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron, these manifolds feature a thicker wall design to minimize cracking and warping. The machined bolt mating surfaces and included hardware provide a secure fit, while the heat shield mounting bosses enhance durability. The finish is rugged and engineered for longevity under extreme conditions.

Installation. Installation typically takes around 3 hours and does not require drilling. The kit includes all necessary bolts, spacers, and gaskets to facilitate a straightforward replacement process.
