PERFORMANCE TURBOCHARGER UPGRADE. The BD Power Screamer HE300VG Turbo requires a $500 refundable core deposit and is designed to replace the factory turbocharger with a high-performance drop-in unit that increases power potential up to 690HP, improves throttle response, and reduces backpressure to enhance overall engine efficiency. It offers an effective upgrade path for enthusiasts seeking to boost power and torque without extensive modifications.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Featuring a ballistic billet 64.5mm 7+7 blade compressor wheel paired with a low moment of inertia QST 70mm 12 blade turbine wheel, this turbocharger reduces turbine MOI by 15% for quicker response. The turbine blades are 25% thinner than standard designs, enabling higher gas flow and improved efficiency. The unit is VSR high speed balanced, and each actuator is calibrated and tested before shipping, ensuring precision and durability with a professional finish.
INSTALLATION. This turbocharger installs directly into the stock location without requiring additional parts or permanent modifications. Installation typically takes approximately 6 hours and 36 minutes and includes transferring the speed sensor from the original turbo. Moderate mechanical skill is recommended.
WARRANTY. This product includes a 24-month parts warranty for peace of mind.
APPLICATION. Fits 2013-2018 6.7L RAM 3500 pick-up models only. Core returns for credit require the original truck turbo core; cab and chassis cores will not be accepted.
