    Description

Power-Retractable Running Boards. The Amp Research PowerStep Running Boards provide an automated stepping solution that deploys when the vehicle door opens and retracts after it closes. This functionality enhances vehicle accessibility by making ingress and egress easier while maintaining a sleek profile when not in use.

Construction and Appearance. These running boards are constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum with a military-grade black PTFE coating that delivers both durability and a stealthy, textured black finish. The 6-inch-wide steps feature a slip-resistant surface and integrated low-profile LED lights that illuminate the step area for safety in low-light conditions.

Installation. Installation requires drilling to securely mount the boards to the vehicle's rocker panel. A vehicle-specific installation guide and mount kit are included with the product. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fit and function.

Warranty. The product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Application. Designed specifically for the 2011-2014 6.6L Duramax Sierra 2500 HD Extended Cab and Crew Cab models, this set excludes gas engine HD models from these years and requires trimming of the boards on extended cab configurations.
