This trailer brake controller utilizes a time-delay design, allowing the unit to work with the factory trailer brakes without the time-consuming calibration. This factor allows you to use up to 6 different trailer brakes or 3 trailer axle configurations. Furthermore, this trailer brake assembly does not have any internal moving parts, allowing you to install the device in any orientation inside your truck.
Compact Design and Durable Build. This time-delay trailer brake controller features a compact design with a built-in bright LCD display that shows its braking output as the control lever is activated. This allows you to apply the right amount of braking force for your applications. The trailer brake controller’s housing for its part is molded from high-quality automotive-grade plastic, offering outstanding durability. Rounding out its design is a stylish black colorway with silver gray accents, which complements your truck’s interior nicely.
Simple Install Procedure. This time-delay trailer brake controller can be mounted on any free space in your truck. You will need to drill a couple of mounting holes to secure the controller’s mounting bracket into a location of your choosing. After mounting the controller, you then connect its quick plug connector using an appropriate harness (sold separately) and you’re done. Please note though that it is advised not to install this controller near a CB radio.
