      Description

      Single Turbo System Performance. The On3 Performance Single Turbo System; No Turbo Included is designed to provide significant power increases for Chevrolet and GMC SUV and truck engines ranging from 4.8L to 6.0L. This system boosts mid-range torque and overall responsiveness while maintaining daily drivability. It integrates a bolt-on solution that replaces the existing manifolds with a custom turbo manifold setup featuring a hot-side turbo placement and a dedicated cold-side intercooler tailored for SUV grille configurations.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured with high-quality materials, the system includes a stainless steel downpipe made from 16-gauge wall 304 stainless steel tubing for durability and heat resistance. The cold side incorporates bead-rolled aluminum tubing with stainless steel T-bolt clamps and robust 5-ply couplers to maintain pressure integrity. The custom manifold exhibits a divided bank design for efficient exhaust flow and a clean installation look. The intercooler core has been proven capable of supporting up to 800hp with available upgrades.

      Installation. Installation of the turbo system is straightforward with a bolt-on configuration requiring no major modifications except possible downpipe alterations for larger turbine sizes. The setup utilizes the stock driver-side manifold and includes a crossover pipe to the passenger side, ensuring compatibility with 4x4 components and transfer cases, allowing relatively simple integration for experienced installers.

      Application. Specifically fits 1999-2013 Chevrolet and GMC SUVs and trucks equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engines, excluding models powered by the 6.2L engine. The kit accommodates the unique grille and engine bay differences of SUVs compared to trucks while delivering improved performance without compromising daily usability.
