      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with durable aluminum housing and an ASTM-standard powdercoat finish, this light bar is engineered to withstand extreme environments. High-quality materials, including copper and aluminum PCBs, polycarbonate lenses, aluminum heatsink, and stainless steel brackets, ensure durability and long-lasting performance. The fully encapsulated patented TIR optics provide focused, efficient light output without glare or wasted light.
