      Description

      Ideal Boost. Give your 2014-2018 4.3L GMC Sierra 1500 the boost it needs by investing in Airaid's MXP Series Cold Air Intake with SynthaFlow Oiled Filter. This intake provides the power you need to dominate the competition by enhancing your truck's throttle response, improving its horsepower, increasing its torque, and reducing any airflow restrictions to ensure your rig's engine gets the cool air necessary for a powerful drive.

      No Tune Necessary. You'll be able to install this intake and go because no re-tune is needed to maximize this intake effectiveness. Instead, the factory tune can be used to optimize performance as the impressive system increases airflow and maintains air-to-fuel ratios.

      SynthaFlow Filter. The cold air intake comes complete with a SynthaFlow oiled filter that is ideal when driving in dusty and dry conditions. The filter manages to both reduce airflow restrictions and trap particles that could potentially rob your engine of its power. Crafted from multiple layers of oiled cotton/synthetic blend, the filter is washable and reusable for your convenience.

      Hardcore Build. Created to improve upon the restrictive factory design, this intake comes with a 1-piece, roto-molded air box. It also boasts cross-linked, high-density polyethylene tubing that is made from a computer model to guarantee proper mass air flow readings and calibration. Both the factory PVC breather tube and mass air sensor can be used with this intake.

      Installation. Installing the intake takes about 1 hour for those with light mechanical skills. Simply use the included hardware to bolt the intake to your rig.

      Warranty. This intake is backed by a no-hassle lifetime warranty against defects. Some limitations do apply so check out the full warranty for details.

      Not CARB Certified. The cold air intake cannot be used in all 50 states as it is not legal for use in California and other states adopting California's emissions standards. In other words, the intake is not CARB certified.
