While year-over-year sales were down 9.92% compared to 2021, Ford’s 2022 truck sales of 653,957 units breaks down to an average of one F-Series truck sold every 49 seconds. Ford’s F-Series lineup includes a variety of trucks including the popular F-150 and the new battery-electric F-150 Lightning. 

2. Chevrolet Silverado
