Description
Lowered Stance. Max Trac offers another way to lower the rear of your F-150 by using the 2 in Rear Lowering Hangers. The hangers can be used to complement rear shackles, dropping the ride height of the truck even further to give your that nice low stance without slamming it to the ground. Since the stock leaf springs stay intact, ride quality isn't sacrificed by installing the lowering hangers. Max Trac does recommend installing new shocks when the rear of the vehicle has been lowered over 2 inches to help avoid problems with bottoming out and increase ride quality. Rely on the experts at Max Trac to help your F-150 stand out from the rest on the road.
Quality Construction. The kit features rear lowering hangers, which are made of durable ductile cast iron in order to handle the weight of your F-150. The hangers are also powder coated to give a little extra strength against rocks and debris. The setup actually improves the strength of the rear suspension, helping your F-150 handle whatever is thrown its way in the future. The Lowering Hangers include a Limited Lifetime Warranty that does not include improper installation, abuse, neglect, or racing applications.
